SELENA GOMEZ
Selena Gomez is and american singer and actress who rose to fame after starring in the popular Disney show Wizards of Waverly Place. Her main genre is dance-pop and is she signed to Polydor UK and Interscope Records.
She was previously a solo artist whose music career took off after forming a partnership with The Scene. Although she wanted to be an equal part of the band and not have her name attached (as a solo artist), her label wanted her to be a lone performer in order to tap into her fan base. Hence the name "Selena Gomez and The Scene".
After leaving The Scene in 2012 she released her solo debut album in 2013, entitiled Stars Dance. The album was her first of many in the Billboard 200 (US). She has countless singles in the top ten and after her fifth complation album, she decided to leave Hollywood Records and join Interscope Records.
In October 2015 she released her second studio album Revival. The song we have chosen for our music video is featured on this album. Her first 3 singles all topped the Top 40 chart in the US and the album debuted on top of the billboard 200.

She had had countless collaborations with Charlie Puth, Kygo, Zedd, cashmere cat and many more. Selena release two singles this year "Bad Liar" and "Fetish" both entering the charts.
In addition to being the single most followed person on Instagram, according to Billboard, Selena has sold more than 22 million singles world wide and 7 million albums.
she has earned countless awards including a Billboard Women in Music Award, MTV Video Music Award and 15 Teen Choice Awards.
